Back home in Canada, Kash owns multiple successful world class businesses along with residential and commercial real estate holdings. He operates a team of over 200 employees across all platforms. His business extend from hospitality, food manufacturing, restaurants and bars to construction and development. His company has designed, developed and deployed all their internal projects to date.
Kash also boasts a Master Degree from Ball State along with his Bachelors in Accounting from University in Indiana.
He selected Ball State University in Indiana because he was on a tennis scholarship and joined this school due to their top rankings in Division 1 Tennis.
Kash spent several years in Chicago working for the largest companies in the world like Lucent Technologies and SBC Ameritech in Global Sales after University.
Kash & Karissa have been married for over 5 years and have a beautiful 4 year old daughter. They choose Las Terrenas because it has everything to offer for their growing family.
Once they discovered this city they decided it was time to assist like minded professionals like themselves to make the move. Kash launched his channel on YouTube and began educating the world. He felt there was a need for someone with current views and professional experience in the real estate market here to guide people. The North American needs are like no other – and in order to know those needs – you must be a North American. Since launching their company they have helped countless people achieve their dreams of ownership here and guided them the entire way through.
